How school builds confidence and good manners in children

Good manners at school are the foundation of respectful behavior, effective communication, and a positive learning environment. Through regular interactions children learn taking turns, sharing and communicating politely. Positive feedback by teacher leads to positive reinforcement. Group activities, teamwork and projects develop social skills. Children can express their opinion which boosts their confidence through assembly presentations. When student meet other students of different diversity, they come to know about other values and they also respect them.

By assigning different activities, an ability of leadership or sense responsibility can be created. Children learn to take stand for themselves more politely. They learn to express themselves constructively, listen to others and try to create peaceful solution for complex issues. Extra- curricular activities build self confidence in them as they explore their abilities. When parents pro actively participate in children education, children feel more encouraged and interested. Positive school environment encourages students to build more valuable skills and polish their other skills.
